Policy on Cancellations

In accordance with the following provisions, consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal, according to which a consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to his commercial activity or independent professional activity:

Within fourteen days, you have the option to withdraw this agreement without providing a reason.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, the revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

In the case of contracts for the delivery of data not contained on a physical data carrier, which are produced and made available in digital form (digital content), the revocation period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

You must provide us a clear explanation of your decision to cancel this Agreement by email to info@bpkeys.com in order to exercise your right of revocation.

It is sufficient to transmit the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation prior to the expiration of the revocation period in order to comply with the revocation period.

B.    The consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

C.    Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have commenced with the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will commence with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the
